I would like to provide an excellent recommendation for New Life Painting who was selected by competitive bid to provide a complete repaint of our townhome complex. Our complex consisted of 36 units with 13 buildings and four detached garages. Tim Miller, the owner, was on the job to see that the preparation and all painting was performed to specification. The New Life Crew was on site daily and worked partial weekends to insure that the promised schedule was met. The crew kept the grounds maintained daily and was efficiently organized, as you would expect from well trained tradesmen. Working within a townhome complex requires interaction with homeowners for preparation and consideration of landscaping. New Life was extremely accommodating and provided added value that sometimes cannot be accounted for in advance.

New Life Painting has won two painting contracts in the last few years. The first job was the repaint of the exterior of sixteen buildings at one hundred and fourteen two bedroom units. The more resent job was the repaint of four buildings of eighty units of a similar size.

Tim and crew completed both jobs as scheduled. The quality of the work preformed was very good and meet our expectations. The crews where clean, flexible and sensitive toward the occupants of the suites.

Working in and around 49 separate households must be a challenge. Each household has unique schedules, differing privacy needs, and varying responsiveness. New Life successfully satisfied these and other factors during the time spent repainting our condominium complex.

Many residents have commented on the friendliness, courtesy, and professional demeanor evidenced by ~ New Life workers they encountered.

This is a letter of recommendation for New Life Painting which painted 10 buildings containing three units in each building for a total of 30 homes. Fences, garage doors and garbage enclosures on Brewington Avenue and Sunbird Drive in Watsonville in May 2008.

Tim Miller owner of New Life Painting was patient, helpful and the Board of Directors heard only wonderful compliments about his workers and staff. There was one incident of paint getting onto personal property which Tim handled very professionally. Tim was very helpful when we couldn't decide on colors. He painted five or six color samples on a house so we could see how the color looked. We found this very very helpful and the results and pleasure we have now in our newly painted homes and the color choice is as a result of Tim's help.

Pleasing 30 individual homeowners during a month of bringing in equipment and asking homeowners to remove personal property and cooperate with the painters is a difficult job but Tim and his workers did this in an admirable way. Only two people asked for touch-ups after Tim left homeowners a note to call him if they saw areas needing attention.

I want to tell you how much I appreciate your working with us these past months as we completed the shingle restoration of the building prior to the staining and painting process. Your willingness to develop color sample boards with the variety of stain options was of great assistance in allowing the homeowners to come to a mutually satisfying selection. And your working within our time schedule in completing the project was very helpful.
